Returns and Exchanges Policy

We establish different Exchange and Return policies, depending on the product category (Guest/Bride and flamenca)

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY – GUEST AND BATHROOM

The deadline to make an exchange or return is 15 calendar days MAXIMUM from receipt of the product.

ONLINE EXCHANGES (GUEST AND SWIMWEAR)

You have a period of 15 calendar days from when you receive the order for any size change.
In SWIMWEAR Collection it must bring the protective sticker.
Changes of garments made to order or with alterations are not permitted.
ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged or returned.
FREE first size change service in the Peninsula/Balearic Islands/Portugal: all delivery services in Spain include the first size change free of charge.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and International: The customer will be responsible for shipping within the deadline.
Items must be unused and in exactly the same condition as you received them. If the garments do not meet these conditions, Sibilina reserves the right not to proceed with the exchange or return.

The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the arrival of the package at the customer's home until we receive it at our facilities.
In SWIMWEAR Collection it must bring the protective sticker.
Returns of custom-made or altered garments are not accepted.
ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged or returned.
All products can be returned, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging, except for items in the Accessories and Dresses category of the flamenca or Bridal Collection, which cannot be returned.
The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be carried out as soon as possible once the returned product has been received, and may take up to 10 working days.

In the event that the order does not arrive within the period indicated above, Sibilina will not be responsible for the item or for its refund.
If you receive a product in poor condition or with a defect, you must report it within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order. The seller will not be responsible for any damage that may arise from the product's usability.
In the event of a return to the Sibilina warehouse after the deadline, the customer is responsible for the collection of the merchandise sent after the 15 calendar days allowed for changes and returns.
Items must be unused and in exactly the same condition as you received them, as well as with the original label. If the garments do not meet these conditions, Sibilina reserves the right not to proceed with the exchange or return.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN SHOWROOMS

All purchases made in the showroom must be returned to the same point of sale using the steps specified in our exchange and return policy.

For returns of purchases made in the showroom, it is essential to present the original ticket from the POS used to process the payment and the order receipt. Without this, only a coupon for the same amount can be issued.

If the item was purchased directly from the showroom, the return method will be a voucher, valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY (FLAMENCA AND BRIDE)

Once the purchase has been made, as long as we are not dealing with a defective product, the customer will NOT be able to return the purchased product.

SIBILINA FLAMENCA allows each Sibilina to personalize her dress. In these cases, as it is a dress made exclusively for the client and according to her requirements, returns are not accepted.

Non-return is a right that SIBILINA FLAMENCA has, pursuant to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, specifically, in article 103. c):

“Article 103 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to: 

  1. c) The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized."

By “made according to the consumer's specifications” we mean “ any non-prefabricated good whose production is determined by an individual choice or decision on the part of the consumer” ( C-529/19 (Möbel Kraft), Judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union (Sixth Chamber) of 21 October 2020 ) , that is, those orders that are made exclusively for the customer.

  1. Price and payment methods: The purchase price will be the one set at the time of selecting the product in question and completing the entire purchase process.

This price will expressly include, within the purchasing process, the VAT corresponding to the rate in force at that time and, where applicable, the shipping costs. Prices will be set, unless expressly indicated otherwise, in the currency in force in Spain at the time of purchase.

SIBILINA FLAMENCA reserves the right to modify the prices of its products, remaining, however, bound by the price marked at the indicated time of completion of the purchase process.

– Payment methods.

Payments can be made in the following ways:

  • By credit card, through the secure payment gateway of the Redsys System.
  • By transfer to the account owned by SIBILINA FLAMENCA.
  • In cash.
  • Through BIZUM.

Full payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for its completion. In no case may payment be made later. Payment through deferred procedures such as cash on delivery is not permitted.

Accepted payment methods: Purchases can be paid for with a Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® credit card, as well as with a 4B or 4B Maestro debit card (which implies an automatic charge). The customer must notify Sibilina Flamenca of any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that Sibilina Flamenca can take the appropriate action. Payment method providers or issuers may adopt anti-fraud measures that involve the rejection of certain types of operations. Sibilina Flamenca is not responsible for the application of this type of security policies.

In the event that the indicated requirements are not met, SIBILINA FLAMENCA will have the right to not attend to the request of the affected Sibilina and may charge her the expenses incurred.
