This contractual document will govern the General Conditions of Contract for the products (hereinafter, "Terms and Conditions") through the website owned by FERTREMI SL (hereinafter, SIBILINA FLAMENCA ) whose contact details also appear in the Legal Notice of this Website.

These Conditions may be modified at any time, therefore, it is the responsibility of the user (hereinafter, S ibilina ) to read them periodically, since those that are in force at the time of placing the orders will be applicable.

Contracts shall not be subject to any formality, except in the cases expressly indicated in the Civil Code and the Commercial Code, and in this or other special laws.

Acceptance of this document implies that Sibilina has read, understands and comprehends what is set forth herein, has full capacity to enter into contracts, and assumes all obligations set forth herein.

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the website https://sibilinaflamenca.es/

On the one hand, the provider of the products offered on this website https://sibilinaflamenca.es/ is the Spanish entity FERTREMI SL with CIF B90380940 and address for notification purposes in Seville CALLE DUEÑAS 10, 41003 SEVILLA

And on the other hand, Sibilina, who is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to SIBILINA FLAMENCA .

In any case, the products offered on our website may be purchased by those Sibilinas who meet the following requirements:


  • Be over 18 years old

  • Having completed the entire purchasing process established by SIBILINA FLAMENCA , on its website .

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between SIBILINA FLAMENCA and the client at the time when the latter accepts, during the online contracting process, the corresponding box.

The contractual relationship of sale involves the delivery, in exchange for a price determined and publicly displayed through the website, of a specific product. In this way, the sibyllines will be able to acquire all the products promoted or advertised through our website, provided that there is sufficient stock of them.

These conditions apply to mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, and international shipments.

Our showrooms are specialized spaces where we serve our clients by appointment. Appointments can be booked at the following link: https://sibilinaflamenca.es/contacto/#pedircita . For this reason, we reserve the right of admission.

  1. General Contractual Clauses: When the customer places his order, he signs his order form as a contract, in which he accepts and assumes very explicit and clear conditions of purchase (model, size and colour) and the requested customizations. Once the order has been placed, none of the characteristics of the order can be altered, since it automatically enters the production chain.
    Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, placing an order implies acceptance by the customer of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the customer may differ from those indicated in this document if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by SIBILINA FLAMENCA .
  2. Order Shipping:

The completion of the purchasing process and, with it, the issuance of the order will constitute the moment from which the purchase contract will be understood to be concluded and from which SIBILINA FLAMENCA will assume the obligation to send the requested products, prior to acknowledging receipt of the order.

The acknowledgement of receipt, which will take the form of a confirmation email, will confirm the conclusion of the contract and the start of the shipping process, and will contain all the information about the purchased products, the order reference number in our system and the legal conditions thereof.

If Sibilina does not receive confirmation of receipt of the order (first check the SPAM folder of your email), she must contact our customer service department in order to resolve the existing issues.

After accepting the order, SIBILINA FLAMENCA will issue a proof of purchase, which will not affect in any way the obligation to pay the exact amount of the purchase.

– Early cancellation by SIBILINA FLAMENCA.

SIBILINA FLAMENCA may cancel in advance the purchase made by Sibilina in any of the following two cases:

  1. In the event that the product/materials are not available: If among the products in your order there is one that is out of stock or in the manufacturing process, SIBILINA FLAMENCA will contact Sibilina through any of the means specified in the order at the time of registration on our website to inform you of the incident and to be able to resolve it in the best and most immediate way possible. In such cases, Sibilina may purchase alternative products for the same value .
  2. In the event that there are insufficient financial funds: In this case, SIBILINA FLAMENCA , after confirmation from the entity that manages the payments, may deny the operation on the basis of non-payment of the product to be purchased.

– Early cancellation by the client.

Early cancellation of an order must always and in all cases be carried out after confirmation of the order and prior to the physical dispatch of the purchased product, such physical dispatch being understood as the provision of the product to the courier company responsible for delivery.

In any case, such provision will be deemed to have been made within 24 hours of confirmation of the order.

Once Sibilina has been notified of its intention to cancel the contract in advance in accordance with the provisions of this section, SIBILINA FLAMENCA assumes the obligation to reimburse the amount previously paid by Sibilina within a maximum period of 30 days from the cancellation, using the same means used by the latter.

In the event that the customer has made an error when placing the order, he/she may contact SIBILINA FLAMENCA , through the following email info@sibilinaflamenca.es, always within 24 hours after confirming the order for the purchased product, in accordance with the provisions of the previous section.

The delivery time will be 15 to 20 working days from the date of purchase, although this time may vary depending on the season. During the peak trade fair season, which runs from January to May, or due to force majeure, this time may be increased due to delays in the supply or production chain. In this case, Sibilina will contact you to inform you about this situation, if it occurs, and make the return of the order available to you.

The order will remain in our facilities for a period of 3 months from the date the order is placed. If it is not collected within this period, this will be understood as a withdrawal of the order, with no possibility of a refund of the amount paid.

The delivery of the product will take place by the courier company contracted by SIBILINA FLAMENCA . The delivery times will be business days or working days, with the initial calculation day being the day after the day on which the order was placed and confirmation of the same was received. In the event that the initial or final day of the calculation is a holiday, the calculation of the period will begin on the following business day. The calendar for determining the working days or holidays is set as the one corresponding to the town and community in which SIBILINA FLAMENCA has its registered office.

Each SIBILINA FLAMENCA dress is handcrafted and individually made for each member of our team, so they need their production time. Then, they have a production time of between 15 and 20 working days.

However, if any of our clients needs their dress in a short period of time, they will only have to contact us through the following email info@sibilinaflamenca.es; or, indicate it to us in the additional information box when placing the order.

In the event that a delay in the delivery of the item is expected, you will be informed at the time of purchase. Once the dress purchased in the SIBILINA FLAMENCA online store has been made, the order will be sent by courier and you will receive it at the address specified at the time of purchase within 24 to 72 hours.

At SIBILINA FLAMENCA we have created a clear and open system for shipping and distribution of our products, so if you have any questions, you can contact us through the following means:

The product will be delivered to the address specified in the order.

SIBILINA FLAMENCA will do everything possible to send orders as quickly as possible. However, shipments are not made on weekends or holidays , so if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be processed on the first business day after the day it was placed; and, if the chosen payment method is by bank deposit or transfer, the order will not be shipped until we have bank confirmation of the order.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that the exact time of receipt of our products cannot be confirmed by SIBILINA FLAMENCA , as this is a matter of the internal organisation of the courier company in question. However, said company will provide our sibilinas with a tracking number in order to be able to confirm this as far as possible. However, in the event that sibilina is not available at the time of delivery of the product, a communication will be sent with the corresponding instructions either for resending or for collecting the product at the courier company's office.

Within the limits permitted by our legislation, SIBILINA FLAMENCA is not responsible for any losses, additional costs or damages that may arise from the conduct of either Sibilina or the courier company.

Delivery costs will be those set by SIBILINA FLAMENCA and will always and in any case be included in the purchasing process of the products, so that our sibilinas take them into account before placing the order. Likewise, shipping will be done in standard packages, which implies that any type of packaging with special characteristics will be subject to an increase in shipping costs that will be borne by sibilina, as you will be informed, if applicable, in the purchasing process.

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices are detailed for each item and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The shipping costs will be €15 to any point throughout the national territory. Please consult international shipping.

– Customs Information: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union and other destinations governed by it, our sibyllines will be obliged to pay import taxes, as well as any additional amounts due to customs clearance since SIBILINA FLAMENCA has no control over these amounts (Customs policies vary significantly from one country to another so, for more information, please consult the corresponding customs office).

These charges are paid upon receipt of the order and will in no case be included in the price paid for the products. The address indicated by the customer may be a private home, a workplace or any other address indicated. It is not necessary for the billing address and the shipping address to match.

At the time of delivery, Sibilina must check that there are no obvious faults, defects or damages before signing the delivery. Once delivery has been made, Sibilina will be fully responsible for any incident that may affect the product, so that, from that moment on, SIBILINA FLAMENCA will not assume responsibility for the loss or destruction of the product.

In those cases in which Sibilina delays delivery, unjustifiably or for a period of time exceeding 48 hours, SIBILINA FLAMENCA will be empowered to adopt the following decisions:

  1. Charge Sibilina for any additional costs incurred by such delay.
  2. Terminate the contract, reimbursing Sibilina the difference between the amount actually paid and the expenses incurred by SIBILINA FLAMENCA due to Sibilina's conduct.

Once the production of your order has been completed, Sibilina will contact your customer for shipment or delivery to one of our showrooms. After fifteen (15) days, Sibilina may claim any damages from you, including the costs of storing the product (€50). If the customer does not claim his product and does not pay the corresponding charges within sixty (60) days from Sibilina's notification that his product is ready, Sibilina may claim any damages from you, including the costs of storing the product. In addition, Sibilina reserves the legal right to seizure (as well as any other legal remedy) for the satisfaction of unpaid amounts.

Sibilina reserves the right to display any product it deems appropriate in its showrooms, and may display models from its collection with variations in size, colour and combinations of different models.

The items offered in our online store meet the same quality and guarantee requirements as the products sold in our stores. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our best commitment to our sibilinas .

Our items are sold by SIZE (Size Guide on the website (product sheet and link to additional information) and in the showroom), not made to measure, which is why each customer's order is tailored to a specific size, with the standard measurements that this entails. Our customers can contract customizations (small modifications or fusions that vary the original design), but this does not imply measurement adaptations. These customizations have an additional cost.

We offer an in-workshop repair service, the cost of which is additional to the price of the order. This service includes custom adaptations. Service subject to availability.

In the event of possible incidents with the product ordered by the customer, once the item has passed quality control in the workshop, the following situations may occur:


  • Have our workshop team fix the product and return it to the customer.

  • Our workshop team will exchange the item for a new one. In this case, the same model of item will ALWAYS be returned (except in the case of lack of stock).

  • The workshop team determines that the product does not have a manufacturing defect and that it cannot be exchanged or repaired. In this case, the customer will be returned the original product.

SIBILINA FLAMENCA guarantees that it will deliver to Sibilina the product purchased in the quantity decided by the same, with the characteristics indicated on our website in accordance with the established description and in perfect condition. However, in the event that Sibilina receives a defective product, it will have a series of rights to proceed with the return of the same in accordance with the indications established in the following sections. However, in no case will it be understood that there is a defective product when the deterioration of the same derives from its normal use by Sibilina after delivery or when, complying with the quality and conditions established by the manufacturer and advertised on our website, it does not meet the needs or expectations of the client.

Notification by the customer of the defective nature of the product.

La Sibilina may communicate, within 15 days from receiving or collecting your order, the defective nature of a product purchased by any of the following means:

– Procedure to prove the defective nature of the product.

SIBILINA FLAMENCA will have the power to collect, via email, additional information about the defective nature of the product.

– Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the online resolution of conflicts between the client and SIBILINA FLAMENCA , without having to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may ultimately suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. Force majeure and/or fortuitous event: SIBILINA FLAMENCA will not be liable for any failure or delay in the fulfillment of obligations that are due to fortuitous events or force majeure.

  • Competence: La Sibilina may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities and obligations contracted in the sale. If any stipulation of these conditions is considered null or impossible to comply with, the validity, legality and compliance of the rest will not be affected in any way, nor will they be modified in any way. La Sibilina declares to have read, know and accept these Conditions in their entirety.

SIBILINA FLAMENCA reserves the right to require confirmation of payment information before shipping the Order.

The completion of the purchase process and, with it, the issuance of the order will constitute the moment from which the purchase contract will be understood to be concluded and from which SIBILINA FLAMENCA will assume the obligation to send the requested products, prior to the acknowledgement of receipt of the order. The acknowledgement of receipt, which will take the form of a confirmation email, will confirm the conclusion of the contract and the beginning of the shipping process, and will contain all the information about the purchased products, the reference number of the order in our system and the legal conditions of the same. In the event that Sibilina does not receive the acknowledgement of receipt of the order (check the SPAM tray of your email first), you must contact our customer service department in order to resolve the existing incidents. After accepting the order, SIBILINA FLAMENCA will issue an invoice, which will not affect in any way the obligation to pay the exact amount of the purchase.

  • Method of payment for customizations on flamenca dresses.

The fusion of any of the models found on our website is possible, just as it is possible to customize each of our dresses. However, in these cases, the price of the model varies as follows:

  1. If you want to merge two models: the price will be the highest amount, plus a supplement of 60 EUROS for said merger.
  2. In the event that you wish to make any specific modification that does not involve a fusion between two models, such as varying the height of the neckline or sleeve, the price of the dress will increase by (consult our stylists via chat, email or telephone).
Modification, interpretation and integration of the Terms and Conditions:


The present Terms and Conditions shall be subject to preferential application, in terms of interpretation, application and execution, and in the order in which they are stated, to the clauses of the same, which form a joint and inseparable whole, the general provisions of the legislation on consumers and users and the rules on obligations and contracts of the Civil Code. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is annulled or rendered ineffective by a final court ruling, this shall not affect the rest of the clauses, which shall remain in force, maintaining the general principle of preserving valid acts, in order to maintain the nature and spirit of the contract.

Legislation and jurisdiction:


These conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly stated. The parties agree to resolve any conflicts and waive any other jurisdiction by submitting to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.

No. At SIBILINA FLAMENCA, we make each of our designs with great care for each of our sibilinas, so WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. However, it is very important for us that you have one of our designs, with which you feel special and comfortable, so, in the event that the purchased product has any defect and/or fault, it can be returned for correct replacement as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • That the product is new, without signs of use, with the original box and labels properly wrapped.
  • That the product has not been manipulated.
  • Have the proof or purchase ticket.

Thus, if the product meets the conditions mentioned above, Sibilina who so wishes may receive her product again; taking into account that the costs of returning the product will be borne by SIBILINA FLAMENCA.

No. The dresses that make up the guest collection are not customizable. However, it is very important to us that you have one of our designs, in which you feel special and comfortable, so, in the event that Sibilina wants to make a specific modification to the design with the intention of making it better fit her style, this can be done as long as it respects the original design and has the approval of the workshop team. However, in these cases, the same returns policy applies (see section IV of these Terms and Conditions).
